  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Warm Hearts Collection Miami is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds
